Project management
We take over all of the elements of running a 360 project from you. We would meet with you to agree an initial project scope and delivery plan. Our team then carry out all of the functions required from the basics of adding candidates and raters to the system, communications, reminders, dealing with support and report generation.
Fees: Vary depending on your project size.
Training people to give feedback
Foundation program
Intended for HR and line managers who will be working with candidates.
A group session of up to 10 people. The session focuses on using 360 results as part of a feedback and development planning interview.
Duration: 1 day
Fees: £1950 (+ travel expenses)
Intense program
Where more in-depth training/support is required, this one day program is perfect. It is characterised by a very high ratio of expert consultants to participants ensuring a high level of confidence and competence upon completion.
Duration: 1 day
Fees: £4950 (+ travel expenses) for 10 participants.
Providing feedback
One-to-one feedback meetings
Our consultants provide feedback and action planning support. Fees vary depending upon the level of consultant experience you need. The basic fee would be circa £650 per session.
Group facilitation sessions
Hosted by one of our most experienced consultants, up to 6 participants work as a group to understand their results and focus on action planning. These sessions are highly interactive and often form the basis of action learning groups.
Fees: 1/2 day session (£1850); 1 day session (£3000)
Telephone feedback
Phone support by our consultants to candidates or to internal coaches – responding to the needs of your audience as required.
You purchase a block of time in advance, sold in half day blocks of £500
Supporting materials
Creation of workbooks/guides/additional resources for users or candidates to support the application of 360 within your organisation.
