We provide a range of custom options that are available to all users of FindingPotential, some are free (e.g. add your logo) and some attract a small charge (e.g. changing email content, questionnaire branding). This page is dedicated to the ways we can create a more bespoke 360 service for you.

Straight-Talking

FindingPotential 360 questionnaires and reports are expertly designed, the overall service delivery and support are also superbly executed, all free of charge. However, we realise that some organisations may want to change it or use our expertise to deliver a bespoke version:

If you want to customise the 360 service - we will charge.
If you want to meet with us to discuss what we can do – we will charge.
If you would like a bespoke 360 built – we will charge.

We simply cannot use afford to use our time having “interesting conversations” and provide the entire FindingPotential service free of charge. The economics simply don’t work.

Initial Consultation

This is the basic starting point – this is always charged in every 360 customisation project.

We will:

Meet with you and appropriate colleagues to understand what you are hoping to achieve.
Review your existing competency model.
Take a detailed brief and reflect this back to you in a written specification document.
Outline report structure and content.
Discuss technology issues directly with your IT people.
Provide a detailed project specification including fees and timescales.

Fees: £2000

Ideas & Options – What We Can Deliver

Scenario 1:
You have your own competency model & would like to “map” our content with yours.

Our consultants work with your model and our model to create a logical relationship between the two. The output being an easy to use document that links our competency model to yours. You will then be able to use our 360 questionnaire and be able to manually “translate” our scores into your language.
Fees: £750 - £2000 but no on-going charges.

Scenario 2:
You want to use our content but have a bespoke report (linking our questions to your competency model).

Set-up fee (in addition to the initial consultation fee) in the region of £5000.
Annual service delivery & support charge – this will depend on likely volumes and your requirements, but significantly cheaper than our competitors.

Scenario 3:
You want to use your questions & competency framework and have a bespoke report.

Set-up fee (in addition to the initial consultation fee) in the region of £6000.
Annual service delivery & support charge– this will depend on likely volumes and your requirements, but significantly cheaper than our competitors.

Scenario 4:
You have a competency model, but no questions to measure it. We develop questions for you and a bespoke report built around your model.

Set-up fee (in addition to the initial consultation fee) in the region of £7500.
Annual service delivery & support charge– this will depend on likely volumes and your requirements, but significantly cheaper than our competitors.

Scenario 5:

You want a competency model built from scratch, a questionnaire designed and all of this automated to generate bespoke reports.

Set-up fee (in addition to the initial consultation fee) in the region of £10,000.
Annual service delivery & support charge– this will depend on likely volumes and your requirements, but significantly cheaper than our competitors.
