Overview

Traditionally organisations have focused on the tasks and activities they want people to do in their jobs. As an example, if the role requires the individual to give presentations it is likely that the organisation will ask prospective recruits to give a presentation. All of which is perfectly logical and sensible.

However, few people leave their jobs (or become dis-engaged) because of their inability to do the tasks they are required to perform. It is more likely there will be dissatisfaction with factors such as career progression, salary & rewards, work-life balance, relationships with colleagues or manager, or something else.

FindingPotential Engage is powerful tool that provides a unique insight into the relationship between the individual and the organisation they will (or currently) work in. It outlines the factors that are most important for the individual to feel engaged in their job/work and their commitment to any organisation.

When do we use FindingPotential Engage?

FindingPotential Engage is valuable in helping organisations recruit & support employees in their next career steps:

Recruitment – Understand what is important to potential recruits and ensure that your organisation can genuinely meet expectations. It is particularly useful at the final stages of the recruitment process, helps ensures better fit and reduces turnover in the first 12 months.

How does your organisation access the service/questionnaires?

We will create a unique account for your organisation. This will provide secure access to our FindingPotential Assessment Manager, where you manage candidates, choose the appropriate assessments, send email invites and view reports. As more products and reports become available we will add them to your account.

What is the questionnaire like to complete?

Online
We recommend you complete the questionnaire and generate a report on yourself, please click here to do so.

The process is incredibly simple. All of the instructions you need are on the first page, however the quick summary is:

It will take around 10 minutes to complete.
When finished we will send you an email that links through to your report.
You will be able to read it online, save the file or print it out.

Offline
In an ideal world all of our assessments would be delivered electronically - it is highly efficient, cost effective and environmentally friendly. However we do appreciate that in the real world it can be difficult to find enough computers to deal with larger numbers of candidates and that some people prefer to use more traditional approaches. With this in mind we have created a paper version of the questionnaire for those organisations who would like the option. How it works:

We will give you access to a PDF version of the Questionnaire Booklet and Answer Sheet. You print as many as you need, there are no fees and no volume limits.
When candidates complete the questionnaire you have two options:
- Have someone in your organisation enter the results via the FindingPotential Assessment Manager and then generate reports
  
  or
- Use the FindingPotential Bureau Service by simply posting or faxing the answer sheet to us and we will do the rest - including sending you PDF's of the reports. Fees apply for this service.

Don't Believe Us?

A lot of people we have spoken to can’t quite believe that FindingPotential is available free of charge. We assure you there are no usage limits, no time limits, no plan to “get you hooked” and start charging.
