We provide a number of free custom options that you might want to take advantage of. When we are setting up your account these options will be discussed with you in more detail.
The list below gives you a sense of what is currently possible:
Additional Custom Options
As you can see above we offer some simple custom options to tailor your FindingPotential account. However, we've been in this business long enough to realise that you may want to customise other aspects of the service to meet your organisation's precise requirements. To offer these options we do need to charge you - it would be impossible to offer these bespoke elements for free. We do believe that the fees are very competitive and in many cases substantially less than you might currently be paying. It's worth noting that many of the options listed below are unique to FindingPotential.
The following list gives you an idea of the additional services we can provide and, where possible, likely fees. If there is something you would like to change about the custom options that is not listed here please leave feedback.

| Bespoke FindingPotential Assessment Manager You can have up to 10 additional fields in the Assessment Manager that allow you to input additional criteria for your candidates, e.g. from simple administration information to scores from other assessments. |

| Set-up system users/administrators The Assessment Manager system lets you add as many users as you wish. All have unique log-in details. We appreciate that you might not have the time (or inclination) to set-up everyone. We would be happy to help. As part of the set-up process we will capture all of the users details and create the accounts for you. |

| Self sign-up page A landing page to give direct access to the questionnaire via a secure link. This might be useful to provide direct assessment access from a careers website or from your intranet to support learning and development. |

| Campaign management If you would like to invite a large number of people to complete the questionnaire simply provide a spreadsheet of candidate details to us and we will add them to the system, send invites for you, chase for completes and provide all the reports back to you. |

| First line candidate support We'll deal with all queries and questions regarding the use of the questionnaire on your behalf rather than your resources. |

| Direct Links to HR/ATS systems/Careers & Recruitment Websites You may want to integrate FindingPotential with your existing systems to provide a seamless experience for your candidates and users. Fees start at £1000 per year with a support contract a requisite. |

| Norm Groups Add a range of norm comparison groups to your FindingPotential reports (for Normative Personality only at present). Norms groups available: Technical, Sales, Graduate, Managerial & Professional, Customer Service & Administrative). |
