Our Personality Questionnaire has been developed by FindingPotential to the same standards as “premium” price questionnaires sold into the corporate market. It is based on the universally approved 'Big 5' model of personality.

Why complete?
The questionnaire is perfect for people who:
- Are interested in self-development
- Need to prepare for an upcoming assessment
- Looking for a change of career
- Are simply inquisitive about themselves
- Or have found all the other practice tests out there to be of no use at all.
How it works
The process is incredibly simple. Click the big link on the left to access the "self sign-up" page. All of the
instructions you need are on the first page, however the quick summary is:
- It will take around 15 minutes to complete.
- When finished we will send you an email that links through to your report.
- You will be able to read it online, save the file or print it out.
- We will never pass your results onto third parties and your data is secure.
- You can use the service as often as you like, but we would recommend you leave it at least a year before completing the Personality Questionnaire again - you are unlikely to see much change in less than 12 months.
What will you get?
In addition to the detailed report above, you will also have access to workbooks and other resources that will help you make sense of the report and help you to do something constructive with the results.
