
Overview
Sift questionnaires are short personality, ability or competency based questionnaires designed to help recruiters gain a deeper insight into a candidate's initial job application. These types of questionnaires are often used when recruiters have a significant number of applicants to handle. They give a different, and often more objective, insight into the individuals likely fit to the job being recruited for.
Initially we will be launching three Sift Questionnaires, each focused on different job types.
Launch Schedule
We are absolutely committed to launching FindingPotential Sift Questionnaires in 2010. The biggest challenge with a development project like this is finding people to help trial the questionnaires. The more people who help us with trialling the quicker we can launch really robust products... free of charge.
