We have undertaken a significant amount of work to develop the technology and content of FindingPotential and whilst not wishing to sound like a broken record, all of it, free of charge. Our longer term plans are to bring a number of additional tests and questionnaires to market, again, free of charge. The process of test development is fairly straight forward (if you have the know-how), the challenge comes in finding people to complete the questionnaires as part of the trialling process. We need large numbers of people to complete questionnaires so we can run the appropriate statistical analyses to ensure that the products are accurate and consistent (using psychometric industry speak - both valid and reliable).

If you or your organisation would be prepared to help us collect the data we would be very grateful. We assure you that your involvement will not be disruptive and you will get really useful information at the end of the process.
