Whilst our service is free it doesn't mean that you should expect anything less than fantastic support at all times. We are committed to ensuring that you are happier with FindingPotential than you have been with other organisations providing similar services. “Support” is a very broad term that means many things in the world of technology, so we felt it important to be as clear as possible

Support Packages

Free Support
Please email support@findingpotential.net  and we will respond within 72 hours.

Level One Support
Email response within 24 hours. Direct access to Support Team by telephone, issue will be logged and responded to within 24 hours. Fee of £250 per annum.

Level Two Support
Email response same business day. Direct access to Support Team by telephone, issue dealt with immediately. Fee of £500 per annum.

Level Three Support
All of the features within Level Two, with the addition of First Line Candidate Support – in other words we look after any issues your candidates have. Fee of £1750 per annum (limited to 100 candidates).
