Whilst our service is free it doesn't mean that you should expect anything less than fantastic support at all times. We are committed to ensuring that you are happier with FindingPotential than you have been with other organisations providing similar services. To achieve this we would value any feedback that you can provide on ways in which you feel we could improve, even the smallest observation is appreciated.
Individuals
If you are an individual and need help on any of our services please email us with your question to support@findingpotential.net. We will deal with your email as soon as we possibly can, and this will always be within 48 hours.
But before you do that here are the top five questions we receive and answers we provide:
- I have not received your emails. Answer.
Chances are your spam/ junk email filters have caught our emails. Firstly, please check the folders where these emails are stored. If we are not there please check your deleted folder, you never know, you may have deleted us by mistake. Still can’t find any emails from FindingPotential? Please add @findingpotential.net and @findingpotential.com and to your “Safe Senders” list.
If you haven’t received an email with details of how to access your Personality Questionnaire then follow above and re-sign up at http://individual.findingpotential.net/PERSONALITY/. You should get an email from us within 30 minutes.
If you have completed a questionnaire and haven’t received a link to your report within 60 minutes then you’ll need to email us at support@findingpotential.net.
- I can't access the questionnaire or report. Answer.
Sometimes email software/ online email applications break the links in our emails. If “click here” does not work then please see the additional information provided in the footer of the email. The links provided there may also be broken, please be very careful when copying these links to a single line (use something like Microsoft Word) and then paste the link into your browser’s address bar.
- Is my browser supported? Answer.
The short answer is probably. All modern browsers (those that are less than five years old) are supported on PC: Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari and Google Chrome. On a Apple Mac, we support Firefox and Safari. More information on browser’s and accessibility can be found here.
- How long do you keep my data? Answer.
As you’d expect we take privacy and the protection of your data very seriously. All of your concerns should be answered here. We can remove any information we hold on you at any time. Email privacy@findingpotential.net with such requests but please be aware that a small administration fee may be charged.
