Organisations using assessments normally have clearly defined objectives – sifting, short listing, final stage of recruitment, promotion, development etc. With these objectives driving the process the results are easy to understand and put into a meaningful context. However, for the individual it is often less obvious what they might usefully do with the results of an assessment.

Much of the assessment industry is geared towards helping organisations achieve their objectives with little practical consideration of helping the individual. We believe that the balance needs to change.
